Three founders, a dedicated selection partner in India — and a group that employs what it places.
ARA People is part of the BLISS Group from Wiesloch. The group runs its own restaurants in the Heidelberg region and has employed people from India in its own businesses for two years — including its own sourcing trip to India and a personal selection partner on the ground.
In other words: we place nothing we do not live ourselves. Every recommendation we give you has been tested in our own business — from selection and visa to arriving in the team.

Our partner in India
We run the selection on the ground together with Dr. Skill. Our partner handles candidate selection and builds the candidate pool in India — pre-selection, personal interviews and checks of qualifications and documents all happen there, before anyone sets off.
